Fast Track is our intensive swimming program that takes place during the school holidays. Open to all families, the program is designed to help children strengthen key skills in the water, master their technique and achieve new milestones.
Designed for babies from 12 weeks to three years, our Foundation Program is a wonderful way to introduce your child to the water. In these lessons, parents and babies can swim together. Expect a calm atmosphere with lots of fun activities as you both get comfortable in the water.
Graduate swimmers have the opportunity to take part in our Squad Program. These lessons will introduce your child to the amazing world of competitive swimming. They’ll also get the chance to advance their lifesaving and survival skills, as well as their endurance, technique and fitness.
Whether you’re ready to dip your toes into the pool for the first time or want to progress your skills after some time away – you can do it with our adult swimming lessons. We offer basic, intermediate and advanced lessons so you can improve your confidence and technique, whatever your ability.
No matter your child’s swimming ability, we have a program for them. Our Independent Program is ideal for beginners while our Competent Program is great for those who have the basics covered and are ready to develop their skills. In the Graduate Program, children can advance to become a swimming expert!
Every Kingswim program includes vital survival swimming lessons to help your child learn water safety skills and techniques. We also offer a special ‘Survival Week’ and ‘Endurance Week’ tailored to each program and level, so children of all ages can become confident and capable swimmers.
Our St Kilda East swim school is located inside Fitness First Building.

We recommend regular weekly lessons. As the old saying goes, practice makes perfect! Children will always benefit more from learning in a regular and continuous way.
We have a free start up kit that includes a membership card to scan as you arrive at your lesson each week and a free pair of Kingswim branded bathers (swimmer or togs – depending on which part of Australia you’re from)!
Anytime! We don’t make families wait until the start of a new school term to commence lessons. As soon as you’re ready to go, we’re ready to welcome you!
It’s a family affair! As part of our commitment to safety, all parents are required to be in attendance during all learn to swim lessons. We also think it’s great for parents to see first-hand how their child is developing.
We had an amazing time at our first bub swim session, Lucas luved the water and I was really amazed at all the new things I learnt about how to hold your bub, so that they are able to become more familiar in the water and kick their legs. Loved it!!!
I have taken my son to their Baby Play lessons. These are fantastic at giving the babies a chance to experience and familiarise them with the pool environment. I would recommend them to everyone with young babies.
I have attended other pools and have left frustrated at how hard they seem to make it for people with bubs. Not at Kingswim though! I always leave happy.
We have 4We have been taking our 9 month old to swimming lessons at Kingswim and have found the small class sizes and professional teachers to be great. The whole centre, including the change rooms is kept toasty warm so that the littlies don’t get cold when they are out of the water.
